Processing time
Orders are hand-packed in 3–5 business days. During launches and holiday periods this can stretch slightly; we post updates in the announcement bar when it does.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on box weight and destination. Heavier boxes travelling farther cost more — this is carrier pricing passed through, not a handling fee.
Carriers and transit
We ship with major domestic carriers. Transit time is added after processing and is estimated by the carrier, not guaranteed by us.
Tracking is emailed as soon as a label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but your box hasn't arrived, check with neighbours and your carrier first, then contact us with your order number.
For boxes damaged in transit, email photos of the box and contents within 7 days of delivery.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship once you cover the return and reshipment postage.
