Boxes are hand-packed in 3–5 business days, then carrier transit time is added on top.

Email us the same day with your order number. Once a box is packed we can't reopen it.

No. Themed boxes let you choose a direction; the contents stay a surprise.

Each product page lists an approximate range. Bulky items lower the count — we pack by volume.

Most items are new, overstock or like-new returns. Some have shelf wear or opened packaging.

Mystery products are final sale. Non-mystery items follow the standard return policy.
